About me

My name is Elisabeth Gard. I love sailing, skiing and being outdoors. Nature has always been a part of me, just like animals. I am very fond of animals.

I am living in a beautiful hillside in Norway, surrounded by nature.
I am blessed with such a beautiful life; lots of sunshine, fresh air and time to do what I love: writing, designing, sharing my nutrition skills through my websites and going hiking and skiing on a regular basis.
